"There are heroes who go to war and make new friends."

There are action-packed episodes for the second week in a row, which I'm not unhappy with. The fight was extremely one-sided, but the series continues to produce decent drama by combining the weaker of our supporting castings with the stronger of the Clayman side. The previous episode mainly focused on 1) Albis and Gobuta vs. Yamza and 2) Fobio and Gerd vs. Clown, but this episode focuses on priests Sphere and Gabil vs. Mirim.
Here are some interesting battles on several levels. First of all, Sphere and Gabil don't know who they are fighting against. Their enemy is not Clayman, but a priest who pledges allegiance to Mirim. Yet, as the battle progresses, they may realize that something is wrong with this battle. As Sphere suffers from the beatings Middray inflicts on her, Gabil can notice what she does not do: Despite corpses strewn throughout the area, both sides are dead. Therefore, when he has the opportunity to kill Hermes, he knocks the boy out instead.
Of course, even a combat-loving tiger girl quickly becomes apparent of a significant lack of hostility on the part of the enemy. Despite her ego, she knows Midley can easily end her and Gavil - and their fight feels more like a friendly match than a fight to the death. Therefore, when Charybdis suddenly came to life on the battlefield, both sides teamed up with a bit of reluctance in the face of a greater threat, and then when it became clear that neither Mirim nor Limuru wanted such a fight. , Midley and Benimaru try to stop fighting senselessly.
It's a great way to show that our hero is more than just a combat addict. They might like good junk, but even on the battlefield, they don't want to kill people when given the chance. Maybe this is the one they always have in mind, or that they want to learn from (Season 1) Limuru's example and make friends rather than bleeding needlessly.
This battle between the Faceful Dragon and the Sphere / Gabil army is also a further clue that Mirim is not controlled by the spirit but simply claims to be controlled by the spirit. Whatever order she sent to Dragon Faceful, they were clearly acting in the direction of the policy of supporting Clayman's army rather than winning the war for them, and most certainly the Tempest people. At the end of the battle, they seem to line up perfectly with our heroes, even though they helped invade the Beast Realm not long ago.
Another interesting revelation in this episode was that Clayman was able to control Yamza's behavior at all times without being noticed by Yamza. What this means is a bit disturbing. If Clayman can secretly control people, that means any soldiers rendered by Clayman could be Manchurian candidate-style assassins. Clayman is only waiting for the hour of the attack. Likewise, it means that all are potential and unknown spies.
At the very least, Clayman certainly knows the state of the fight (and who is in it) until Yamza is killed. This information, put together in the right way, indicates to Clayman and Mirim's army this "Kingdom of the Beast".
